Heavy Equipment Donation
What type of heavy equipment can I donate?
All items can be evaluated and considered for donation, running or not. However, most non-runners or units with excessive transportation costs may be declined.
How will my donated equipment be utilized?
Donated equipment is sold through various channels, and the proceeds support nonprofit programs and services, making a positive impact in communities.
How do I schedule a pick-up for my equipment?
Due to the challenging logistics of heavy equipment, we do not transport equipment before the sale. We evaluate and list the items at our online auctions, and the buyer is responsible for the pickup. After completing the online donation form or contacting us by phone, we’ll help you make all the necessary arrangements.
Will I receive a tax deduction for my donation?
Yes, equipment donations, including heavy equipment, are tax-deductible. The exact deduction amount depends on the sale price of the donated item.
Can I donate equipment located in another state?
Yes, we can sell heavy equipment in all 50 states, and the proceeds of your donation can benefit a nonprofit in any state as well.
Is there a cost associated with donating my heavy equipment?
No, there are no costs for donors. We handle all expenses, including processing the sale and ensuring the donation process is free for you.
What documents are required to donate my equipment?
Typically, a clear title is necessary for donation. If you don't have the title or are facing title issues, please reach out to us, as alternative arrangements might be possible.

What's a Virtual Auction?
It is an auction held online and on the phone rather than with an on-site audience. An announcer describes each item, and an auctioneer receives bids from internet platforms and a conference phone line until a high bid is reached. The asset is then pronounced sold and the announcer and auctioneer proceed with the next item.
